How to add support for DOES> word?
  - is kernel/architecture modification needed?
  - Can this be an extension?

by design, propfoth does not work this way.

can check compile flag,

Reason for build and does?
made header longer, designed against it.

FRED
mark as immediate and run time. 
1 AND execute run time
else execute compile time code

PUT this in documentation

This save time 99% of the time
