Tart eclipse plugin moves the cursor when trimming whitespace #12

The eclipse plugin currently has a feature to strip trailing whitespace on a 
save action. Unfortunately, it moves the cursor (to the last place where 
whitespace was removed). It should restore the cursor position. Also, this save 
action should have a preference option to disable it.
