What steps will reproduce the problem?

2. Click Any link at the TOC

What is the expected output? 
A page.

What do you see instead?

Somehow I can't repro this for the page mentioned, but I do see the same 
problem for other pages linked from there, e.g. 
http://tart.googlecode.com/svn/site/intro/classes.html

It seems Tart is dead? Talin, are you listening?

Yes, I have stopped working on this, for several years now in fact.

If at some point garbage collection support in LLVM ever gets better I may try 
again, although it will probably have a new name and some new ideas. I'm still 
interested in the general idea of multi-paradigm, statically-typed languages 
that don't require a VM.

has some interesting ideas.

I think he has, since it's listed as "borrowed is from". Yeah, such a
bummer he has stopped working on this.
