New features

changeable villager biome type
GUI to change profession, biome type, inventory size of shops
- /\<shoptype> editShop \<shopname> and then click on the crafting table

Changes

removed /\<shoptype> changeProfession -> use the customize GUI instead
removed /\<shoptype> resize -> use the customize GUI instead
/rentshop editShop can now only be used with the permission _ultimateeconomy.rentshop.admin
Bugfixes
rentshops now uses a RL day (24h) as day reference not the ingame day
the sale villager on /town plot setForSale is now spawning correctly
