Updated to 2024.2.3...

Starts but it doesn't seem like it's taking my custom config I have. I added a username for the output mqtt://... connect string but it doesn't seem to be working...

I have a config in specified in /config/rtl_433/rtl_433.conf

No need, not a bug with container. You need to remove the quotes. I updated my template config with some better documentation https://github.com/catduckgnaf/rtl_433_ha/blob/main/config/rtl_433_catduck_template.conf

However that better example should solve things for you
