[ ] all resamplers could actually share a single input ringbuffer.
[x] probably a lot of doubles that could be floats
[x] get rid of the post-resample LPF, use a lower order, and/or don't use a faust class with a single-sample callback (too many virtual funcs)

currently LPF is just bypassed, but - duh - its a simple faust class with no UI, so just strip out the unneeded stuff from the generated source for now..

(^ this change has been committed but have yet to re-enable the LPF to test the results.)
