Certain pictures always giving error on Pixiv.

Certain pictures always give an error when downloaded through grabber. 
     @thread.execute(): http://pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=manga&illust_id=46318949: HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request
     http://i2.pixiv.net/img-original/img/2014/10/03/00/27/55/46315653_p0.jpg: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found

These are the two types of errors I get when downloading some pictures on 
pixiv. 

     http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=46318949
works compared to the url from the first error above, which doesn't in a web 
browser either.

Yep, I found that last night. Pixiv not compress all thumbnails to JPEG, even 
for gif and png picture, which wasn't an issue before. I added an ext check, 
have to work now.
