Can no longer download from nhentai #370

Something has changed recently and now when I try to download from nhentai it will show a green arrow instead of downloading the gallery then it will skip to the next gallery.

Fixed it, I think.

still seems to be broken for me.

It will start a download then show a green arrow then skip to next.

These are files I haven't downloaded before but it thinks it has?
