Hello, I'm currently looking for a dataset about dengue in Peru for thesis research. I want to ask where can I find the source of your dataset 2010_2019_cases_full_data.csv in data_processing.R. Or maybe an explanation about your process to create the dataset.

Hi Rodrigo,

First and foremost, I apologise for the extremely long delay in getting back to you. I have been super busy recently.

2010_2019_cases_full_data.csv was provided by the Peru Ministry of Health via a dashboard on their website. I believe that this website has recently been updated.

Here is the most recent link which I hope will be useful to you: https://www.dge.gob.pe/sala-situacional-dengue/

Please do update me on this work and ask me any further questions. I would be happy to help in whatever way I can for your research.

Kind Regards, Cathal
