Implement artist browsing support #6

Currently, artist directories only contain the artist's name, which is kind of boring. Adding browse support would allow for inclusion of portraits, albums, and biography to be included as well.

I'm closing this with reference to d230b7142c73ad0b8a3b599d871c8a3b55529892, bd773709498c6ea35fcb8e2256c4db9e9d3b956e and 25290bf0e9e5055cc9d9ad8f9b7de97ce3091515, which adds portraits, albums and biography support to artists.
