PDFs with no pages #66

Can someone make a PDF with no pages that passes our validation (i.e. a file with the PDF header but no actual page data)? This would screw up everything.

This probably isn't possible, but just in case, added validation in 15e2de789a7271270617cf6654116a0bc59b868e
