Because every time there's an error, I have to open up a shell, manually find the user associated with a session ID, and infer exactly what he/she is doing with my mad sherlock holmes skillz.
Sentry (https://getsentry.com/welcome/) is utter beautiful, has insanely nice introspection, and is a sysadmin's dream.
