Open up expanded statistics when clicking anywhere on the question row #90

We never really finished talking about this, so we should discuss it. I get really annoyed when I can't just click anywhere on the statistics row and have the question expand to show its parts. I don't want a 16px by 16px click box for expansion; it's just frustrating.

I have always wanted clicking to open it too, but squishy's (fake) user testing back in Winter suggested that both behaviors were equally expected/unexpected.
