Change np.min to np.nanmin #34

Change np.min to np.nanmin so that colorscale works automatically in plotCuts with data that contains NaNs

Embarassingly haven't used GitHub for this purpose before, so apologies if my "pull" request is incorrect, but just suggesting one small change in RadFil to work with data that has NaN values (I think).
