Leaving the switch in sleep mode for too long with PS4 controller softlocks the console. #248

Description I use my PS4 controller for a lot of games. If I put the console into sleep mode for too long the console softlocks. Pressing buttons or the power button will not turn the screen on. It remains black. I have to hold the power button to turn off the console.

Environment

Your Switch Firmware version: 12.0.0
Your version of Atmosphere: 0.19.1
Your version of sys-con: 0.6.3
This issue was also happening on version 0.6.2 of sys-con

+1, on AMS 19.5 (12.1.0) and sys-con 0.6.3
