I know it's only a temp fix, But I found if you turn off auto start, turn off sys-con, then back on and dock it my DS3 was working again. If I leave auto start on and dock it, it completely fills the controller page with USB controllers and sadly none of them function. Need to undock it, clear the controllers page with connected joy-cons, turn sys-con off then on again (leaving auto start off) to get it working again.

How do you "clear the controllers page"? Sorry
How do you "clear the controllers page"? Sorry
Connect the joycons, undock it and navigate to controllers. select change grip/order and as the only thing technically connected are the joy cons just hit "A" and everything should clear for you.
My Ds3 only works undocked with a dongle. But Doesn't work on any of the usb ports of the dock. Tried every version of syscon same result I'm using 19.5 ams
