Possible to Bind x to X + Y key? #282

Is it possible to bind a key to another? I'm hoping to bind the X key to the X + Y key pressed simultaneously?

Basically, for the Xbox one controller look like a GameCube controller, except I want to make the X key press the X + Y at the same time.
