I have this PowerA Xbox One Controller, and it doesn't work with sys-con. I tried switching ports and it doesn't work.

Environment

Firmware 14.1.2 Atmosphere 1.3.2 Sys-con 0.6.4 Other sysmodules enabled : Emuiibo, sys-ftpd-light

Turning off auto-start for the plugin and turning it on manually after restarting the console worked.
