Xbox one controller only works when connected directly to the console. #305

Description: As the title says, I can only get the xbox one controller to work while is directly connected to the console (With the help of a double c type usb cable). When the console is on dock mode however, the controller isn't recognised at all.

I tried with other controllers and they work just fine, I don't know why is this controller any different. For context I guess, the xbox one controller in question is from the fourth generation.

Ended up updating my console to the latest firmware and it suddenly works.
