1) Enable sending phrases directly to T2T from the right-click menu.
(could enable this for individual smallboxes but I think that cuts against the expected workflow)
2) Enable the T2T window to call Google Text To Speech.
(does MS have a version of this? based on the quality of results we're getting on their version of the other stuff...)
