Miscellaneous (FINAL) issues!! #7

Two glossary issues:

  1. When I click on Glossary from the Disclaimer page, it tells me the page doesn't exist. I can click over to the Glossary fine from the top, but maybe that link is broken?
  2. I noticed when you click a term in the question tree pages to visit the glossary, the link takes you to the top of the glossary page. Is there a way to have the link open on the exact word so the user doesn't have to scroll & find it? The LCCR website has something like this for the Success Stories pages, if you want to look at the code there.

At the http://expunge-la.herokuapp.com/adultorjuv page, can we either 1) add in the info on how to get arrest info, or 2) put in a link saying "How can I get more information about my arrest?" that links to http://expunge-la.herokuapp.com/notsure?

Same for http://expunge-la.herokuapp.com/adultorjuv2, except if we do a link it should say "How can I get more information about my case?"
