Need to add container/modal to allow First Nation people to annotate plants in the greenzone.
Requires possibly a new tab only visible based on user group. See #6 and possibily Pl@nt net integration. Otherwise, could integrate into the map tab where if a user taps on a greenzone, it'll open a popup with plant information there?
This issue possibly needs more clarification from Cat/Mark on where this feature should appear.
