User Tests: Bugs Discovered In Testing

Combined issue for any bugs found during user testing:

So far, we have discovered:

Sign up field requires multiple presses of the "Create Account" button, even with correct information.
Sign in field has the same bug of requiring multiple presses of "Log In" with correct user information.
Feedback form failing to submit when an image is attached.
Feedback form reverting entered text due to unknown reason.
