create JS files based on differnet features and layout

Current Needed files for JS:

App.js - main javascript file, handle switching from user page to create new page, etc...
FirbaseApp.js - sets up the firebase app so that auth.js and other pages can use the JS
Auth.js handles login and logout using Firebase Auth
CodeMirrorApp.js - Handles displaying code mirror on page

We will need more files based on the features we want to implement
