fix mapvote alignment #24

Hello

I have been noticed about an alignment issue caused by changing the game resolution, and after doing some tests i noticed the issue in the map list

using a fixed font for the hud element fixes the issue (thanks to IzNoGoD from Killtube)

this pull requests also improves a bit the general alignment, it's not perfect but i hope you will think it's better too

Please let me know if any modifications are needed for the changes to be accepted

and i also added another commit to update the libcod1 link in the readme file github redirects the old link to the current one but i guess it's better to update anyway
