Patch for /trunk/templates/default/template.php #515

This uses header.php which uses $page_title as its <title> parameter unlike the 
other templates which use $window_title, but they create their own header and 
do not include header.php

$window_title is also in the template.php file in \gallery and \pinboxes 
directories as well.
