Add "Multiple File Edit" functionality #529

I think that it would be very useful to add functionality to edit multiple 
files at once, similar to the screen displayed immediately after you upload 
several files at once.  

When you go to Files -> Manage Files, then check several boxes, it would be 
great to add another item to the drop-down in the top right (currently only 
"Delete" is an option) which says "Edit".  

Clicking the Proceed button would load each of the selected files on the same 
screen as is displayed after uploading several files, each one gets a big blue 
number on the left and its own row of editable options.

This would be especially helpful for renaming many files, or adding/removing 
many files to a new group.

I apologize - seems I failed to create this as a "Defect" when it really should 
be an "Enhancement"
