What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download Admin Guide

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After downloading it twice, still cannot open the file. File is damage.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am not too sure what PDF viewer you are using or what OS you are on but I can 
download and view all PDF docs in both Adobe Reader and Foxit Reader.
