Problem with 4.2.a (Read-Write transaction started within read-only transaction)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clean install of Alfresco Community 4.2.a
2. Create Constraints and JsonModels spaces
3. Stop alfresco server
4. Install of alf_forms_management_1_3_4_1.amp (placing into the amps folder 
and executing bin/apply_amps.sh) - everything goes fine.
5. Start alfresco server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As soon as the server loads up I login to Alfresco and go to 
http://<domain:8080>/alfresco/wcs/form-builder/home. Instead of finding myself 
to the extension's admin page, an error page (attached) shows up, mentioning:
"The Web Script /alfresco/wcs/form-builder/home has responded with a status of 
500 - Internal Error.
500 Description: An error inside the HTTP server which prevented it from 
fulfilling the request.
Message: 09250019 Read-Write transaction started within read-only transaction"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
alf_forms_management_1_3_4_1.amp on Alfresco Community edition 4.2.a on Ubuntu 
Server 12.04. Regular (binary) installation of Alfresco.

Please provide any additional information below.
Same procedure is successful on clean install of Alfresco Community 4.0.e
