Create "freshers" filter #5

we already have filters like "full time", "internship", "part time", "freelance"
Add a new filter called "fresher" where we display offerings that require no prior experience
Edit the keywords list file to add fresher

Keywords for identifying freshers could be

fresher
no experience

I have merged the backend PR. We will have to wait and see for few days, if we get sufficient tweets satisfying this filter.

@apoorvsingal could you please look into the logic. We haven't collected any freshers tweet as of now. 🤔

There shouldn't be a space in no experience, everything else looks good. Also, I think the Twitter query might not be fetching many tweets with those keywords in the first place, so we need to think of a way to fix that. Leave it to me
