I've refactored the login modal to be displayed when the user tries to save tweets without logging in.
A respective header message is displayed.
Note: I couldn't get the half yellow highlights in the image. I've asked Mohit in DM for that. So that needs to be updated.
I've also centered the modal on the Desktop view and placed it at the bottom in the mobile view.
