Base the theme on Colloid #6

Base the theme off: https://github.com/vinceliuice/Colloid-kde/tree/main/Kvantum/Colloid. This will make the kvantum theme consistent with https://github.com/catppuccin/gtk, which is also based on Colloid.

There are, however, some colors that aren't correct, but I can't find which ones. Could someone help me correct this?

Would close #5.

I’ll will try to redo it from scratch, using a better method
