Update to Cider 2 via themekit #1

Hey!

Noticed this port hasn't been updated for quite some time. Is there a way this port could be made for Cider 2? Either via custom css (to be applied in-app) or preferably the themekit?

Hi, I should probably remove myself as a maintainer from this repo, since I haven't used Cider since I made this port.

This repository no longer has any maintainers against their name but I'm happy to merge a PR from yourself or someone else to update the theme in line with Cider 2's themekit.

Would you be interested in taking on this work? No worries if not! I'll turn this into a tracking issue for updating the repository for Cider 2.

I'd imagine we would be using our NPM/Deno libraries to generate the stylesheets or use our new internal templating tool - Whiskers - which makes generating files with the Catppuccin palette extremely easy and intuitive.

Thanks for getting back on this quick. I can take on the work porting it over. I'll prop up a PR once I've polished the theme enough for release.
