build: clean up whiskers templates & justfile #9

Simplifies the justfile by using a single task (with a shebang to avoid the multiline \), cleans up the light/dark logic on the CSS selector in one of the Whiskers templates, removes extra boilerplant and newlines in the other.

Glad to hear it - that build script does take forever. I've pushed a commit now that separates the build into whiskers and build tasks, and I've aliased the whiskers one to dev for you! Does that work?
