Pull Chroma styling from Chroma port #25

We could pull in the styles from Chroma (e.g. https://github.com/catppuccin/chroma/blob/main/dist/frappe-chroma-style.css) during build? Or just update them once? Noticing some differences and it would be nice for it to be up to date here.

This is actually pretty simple with the current build script (I think) but I was thinking of converting this port to Whiskers and it would definitely be more difficult with a Whiskers build system.
