Rename extension and drop the "GitHub" part #109

What feature are you envisioning?

Since this extension is no longer specific to GitHub's file explorer, perhaps file-explorer-icons and/or Catppuccin Icons for File Explorers? Re: https://github.com/catppuccin/github-file-explorer-icons/pull/107#discussion_r1682765769.

I think that it should just be "for the web", if you intend to drop the GitHub part. Or just "Catppuccin Web Extension"

Again we already have a Catppuccin extension to theme Chrome itself, and we don't plan on merging the two any time soon - so for now the name of this one needs to include something about theming file explorer icons.

That's a theme, "Catppuccin theme for Chrome" if you wish. Web Extensions are extensions for the web, the act on the web, not on the browser.
