docs: update previews #45

Converts the previews to WebP, updates the Catwalk preview, and adds the individual flavor previews to the README.

Oh this doesn't actually change the individual flavor previews, only the Catwalk.. sorry to get your hopes up. We might need to actually update the individual previews then if you want the cursor gone.
