Update theme #5

The theme is now built with a (Python based) template. Makes it easier to keep everything in sync and is also required to generate derivative colors (mainly secondary cursors, cursor line) that are not part of the base palettes.

Also added colors for newly added Helix features (cursor line, mode colors) and made the status line closer to the neovim reference.

@Spaxly did you take a look at it? Might have gone a little overboard, but in the end it is much easier to keep everything in sync this way. I also don't want to blow up this PR even more and get the updates into the Helix main repo sooner or later.
