readme: add usage steps for setting catppuccin flavors #38

I am making a PR to add details to the Usage section of the README, to help with the process of changing your flavor. As discussed in https://github.com/catppuccin/obsidian/issues/37

Hey, sorry for the overlap. Please update your fork with the README changes I pushed a few minutes ago, then place your additions into the section I created called 'Style Settings plugin installation and use.' Then, remove my words from that section and update the PR. Thank you, and let me know if you run into any issues.
