@kerbless I've got my Obsidian open now and am not seeing the same issue. Your screenshot (and post in #41) looks like the theme before https://github.com/catppuccin/obsidian/commit/261fb90f1ddda721394453de725e210c7765b258. Can you confirm your Catppuccin theme version is the latest version of the theme -- 0.4.12?
