No changes happening on Arch Linux #5

I installed papirus-folders on arch, and ran

papirus-folders -C cat-mocha-red --theme Papirus-Dark

However I'm not seeing any changes to the Papirus-Dark icons when I look in the Appearance settings. Is there something more that needs to be done? I also tried the papirus-folders command with sudo just for good measure, but with no results.

I'm trying this on arch with xfce and nemo.

Nevermind, the issue was that the smallest icon size is never colored. When the icon size is larger the color is there.
