Porting of Catppuccin Themes #1

Implementation of Catppuccin Themes: Mocha, Frappè, Latte, and Macchiato

Hi there! 👋 I ported the four themes of Catppuccin over to remnote. I thought it a good idea to start the review process!

I also reworked the structure of the repo to be compatible with uploading to the Beta Themes Manager in remote.
