Fix PDF annotation errors; closes #10

Description

This Pull Request fixes several issues related to PDF annotation in the codebase. The changes include:

Correcting the highlight selector
Fixing the pop-up bar mismatching and not conforming to style guide
Addressing a PDF highlight issue

I also reworked the Readme file. The CSS snippets are deprecated and would not have worked, so I added instructions on how to manually install the Theme through the RemNote theme store. However, there are also direct links to do so :)
