fix: settings in spotify

Fixes the settings UI in the new spotify UI update.
~I'll mark this as a draft for now as I find more bugs in the UI.~
~Note: I have not been able to get the equaliser GIFs working, probably because spotify changed something about them internally. I will have to go through Dribblish's source code to check their implementation.~
