Add `manifest.json` for compatibility with the spicetify marketplace #44

I added the manifest file for the themes to be discoverable through the spicetify marketplace. For the authors I wasn't sure about to who should be added to the list so I just put the Catppuccin Org like in the feat-marketplace branch.

This also fixes #4
