Sublime Text uses the file name, e.g. "Catppuccin Frappe.sublime-color-scheme" to identify the color scheme. This file name can't change without breaking things for users.
I previously changed the filename to include an accent in 6ba100fa91de8dc815b4cec10e63635ffa92ce65, but that change hasn't been published yet. So this PR reverts it to the original name.
