Add instalation option via package manager #5

In sublime text, package manager is the preferred way to download packages, it would be great if catppuccin is allowed to be installed this way. The current way is via git clone.

Yeah, that has actually been in the pipeline for some time now. The maintainers have been swamped with porting of other packages as well to the new spec so this was put on the to-do list. I'll try to take out some time for this in the next few days but if you've figured this out, it would be okay to open a PR for this too.
