I'm mainly opening this, so I finally get back to it. I intend for this to be non-breaking, so likely a minor release.

[x] Add standard-release
[x] We might have to update the types on https://github.com/catppuccin/palette first, this is where I lost motivation the last time.

Finally got around to implementing this properly, tested with Tailwind @ 3.0, 3.1, and 3.3.
