This PR:
Removes
catwalk
and places a migration notice in its README.
Removes most of the CI/CD as there are no longer any rust packages.
Removes the
nix
directory, ensuring that an error is thrown if people are still using
catppuccin/toolbox
as an input.
Updates the README to mention
catppuccin/catwalk
Updates the release please config to only care about the deno library
