Convert the port to LESS as discussed in https://github.com/catppuccin-rfc/userstyles/discussions/20 and https://github.com/catppuccin-rfc/userstyles/issues/21 As well as WEBPs being the standard for catppuccin previews

Actually I might need to take a closer look at this, I'm not certain what less is
